Meet Molly
I’ve spent over a decade guiding women through nervous system healing, somatics, posture restoration, mindset work, and embodied strength.
I’m also a high-achieving woman in midlife, and I know the moment when everything in your body quietly whispers:
“Something has to change.”
The fatigue that rest doesn’t fix.
The tension you’ve normalized.
The sense that you’ve been holding it all together for a long time.
